This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform the BUYER prior to the order in distance sales transactions carried out through the online store of the Packsmile brand, which operates under TEKNOSEL TEKNİK SERVİS HİZMETLERİ VE BÜRO MAKİNALARI SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. In consumer transactions, the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply.

3. Buyer and Order Information

The BUYER’s name, surname or title, billing and delivery address, phone and e-mail information consist of the records declared during the order. The order number, product names, quantities, basic features and options if any, unit prices, taxes, discounts, shipping fees, and the total amount to be paid are presented to the BUYER via the order summary before the order confirmation.

4. Basic Features of the Products

The basic features of the protective packaging materials, air cushion machines, air cushion rolls, air-channeled protective packaging, honeycomb sleeves, packaging foams, and other packaging solutions offered for sale are explained on the relevant product pages. The features that form the basis of the order are those specified on the product page and in the order summary.

5. Price and Payment

The product price including taxes, shipping or other additional fees if any, and the total payment amount are shown to the BUYER before the payment obligation arises. Payment methods are limited to the options presented on the payment screen. For bank transfer/EFT payments, the order is processed after the payment is received and verified in the relevant account.

6. Shipping Fee and Delivery

For orders with a product subtotal of 2,500 TL and above excluding VAT, standard shipping is free of charge within the scope of the conditions specified in the store. If different shipping conditions are to be applied for heavy, bulky, or palletized products requiring special transport, these are notified to the BUYER before order confirmation. The lower limit for free shipping is calculated based on the product subtotal excluding VAT, not the total including VAT.

The products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER or to the person authorized by them. The delivery time is subject to the duration notified before the order. Without prejudice to the exceptions regarding goods prepared in accordance with personal needs in consumer sales, the maximum delivery period stipulated in the legislation applies.
